Quotes and pricing

Booking and scheduling
A booking is confirmed when we agree on the date, the scope and the price with you. Please make sure someone can give us access to the property at the scheduled time, or tell us how we will get in. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please contact us as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation or late-notice terms will be shared with you when you book.
Your responsibilities
- Tell us about pets, alarms, fragile items, safety hazards and areas we should not clean.
- Put away valuables and personal items before we arrive.
- Provide water and electricity at the property.
- Make sure the work area is safe to enter. After construction, that means major debris and tools are removed unless we have agreed otherwise.
Satisfaction
If you are not happy with part of the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of the service. Tell us what was missed and, where possible, send photos, and we will work with you to put it right.
Payment
Payment terms and accepted payment methods are confirmed with your quote. Payment is due as agreed in that quote.
Damage and liability
We take care with your property. If you believe something was damaged during our service, tell us within 24 hours so we can look into it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that were not disclosed to us as fragile or valuable.
